It was a fantastic experience for us last week to take a day away from the office to taste some new potential blends and view our roasting process. Understanding behind the scenes of the core of our business is an important aspect to us as it's vital to know everything, from farm to cup.
The back story of our business is built on being thorough and personal, something we want to pass on to all of our customers. The processes involved in coffee run deep and enhancing our coffee knowledge helps us to continue to build moving forward. What's the point in us not understanding what we do?!
