Edmunds is our new coffee brand to celebrate the heritage and history within our hometown of Bury St Edmunds. From folklore to cup, we have carefully selected roasts and blends that help share the passion of the town we built our family business.

WOLFS GUARD

    Inspired by the legend of St Edmund, the 9th-century king of East Anglia. Wolf’s Guard draws on the tale of a faithful wolf said to have guarded the king’s severed head after he was martyred by Viking invaders.

    ABBOTS CHOICE

      Rooted in the legacy of the abbots who shaped Bury St Edmunds early development, Abbots Choice reflects the lasting influence of the great abbey founded in 1020, when its abbots guided much of the town’s governance and growth.

      ABBEY BREW | GROUND 

        Located in the heart of Bury St Edmunds, the abbey was once one of the most powerful monasteries in England. It was dissolved in 1539, and the ruins are now at rest in the botanical garden.

        ST EDMUNDS ROSE | DECAF 

          ​The Saint Edmund Rose was created and planted in the Abbey’s Rose Gardens to signify the completion of the St Edmundsbury Cathedral's Millennium Tower. The rose is known for being a wonderful shade of pink.

            1215 ARABICA- Coming soon

              A significant year for a significant coffee, as a group of Barons met in the Abbey of St Edmund and swore an oath to compel King John to accept the Charter of Libertie. These events are what led to the signing of the Magna Carta in June 1215.
